Sparkling Cooler

Blueberries, a fruit which has a rich source of antioxidants thatt may also recharge aided neurons and improve cell signaling and neuronal communications.
Mint granules, a herb which provides general good health and eases indigestion.
2 teaspoons honey; an ingredient in this drink which may benefit your skin as it lubricates it and re-moisturises.
1 cup water.
2 cups sparkling water.
1 Place the blueberries in a blender or in a bowl (using a hand-blender), add the cup of water and honey. Blend to a syrup.
2. Pour into a glass, add the sparkling water and stir. Serve with ice-cubes.
