In a glass mix:-
- 1/3 beetroot juice: perfect to boost performance;
- 1/3 tomato juice: perfect for healthy protect brain function as it contains antioxidant lycopene which protects the brain from significant damage;
- 1/3 cranberry juice which could increase cognitive function.
Season with salt, pepper and add a slurp of Worcestershire Sauce.
