300 ml red wine.
2 x 400 g canned pears.
4.5 tablespoons ground cinnamon.
4.5 tablespoons ground ginger.
8 chocolate digestives crumbled.
Squirts (as many as you want!) of lighter real dairy spray cream.

1. Pour the red wine into a saucepan; add the pears and cook on a low heat for 50 minutes.
2. After 25 minutes, stir in the cinnamon and ginger.
3. Place the biscuits into a bag, using a rolling pin crumble them. Pour the poached pears and red wine combination into tumblers. Squirt the cream over and top with the chocolate sprinkles. Heavenly!
