SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1 red onion peeled and diced.
400g cooking Ccorizo sliced
6 rashers of bacon sliced.
1 tablespoon garlic granules.
1 tablespoon dried italian herbs.
Quarter teaspoon salt.
One teaspoon black pepper.
One tin of peaches drained.

METHOD
1. In a medium sized frying pan, drizzle the olive oil, and let it warm through for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the red onion, cooking for 5 minutes or until soft. Then, add the chorizo, sliced bacon, garlic granules, italian herbs, salt and pepper. Fry for a further 5 minutes stirring regularly.
3. Stir in the peaches for a further 5 minutes and serve with crusty bread.
