Serves 4 drinks
INGREDIENTS
1 cucumber washed and sliced.
2 eating apples washed and sliced: apples feature in Direct Action's Anxiety Course meal plan.
4 tablespoons honey - 1 per tumbler.
4 tablespoons ginger granules - i per tumbler.

METHOD
1. Chop the cucumber; place into a pan of water; bring to the boil and stir in the honey and ginger granules. Simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes.
2. Using a hand puree; pour into tumblers and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
3. Before serving, scatter over pomegranate seeds to make a garnish on the top of each smoothie.
