I LIKE THIS RECIPE IS BECAUSE ... you will feel all snug and it comes from a mug ... of tea!
4 tablespoons of turmeric granules
2 tablespoons runny honey
2 tablespoons ginger granules
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1. Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil.
2. Then stir in the turmeric, honey, ginger granules, lemon juice and black pepper.
3. Reduce the temperature; simmer for ten minutes and serve immediately.
